Ingredients:
- 11/2cups(350gram).
- All-purpose flour.
- 3 tsp baking powder.
- 1 tbsp white sugar.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 11/4 cups(300ml) milk.
- 1 egg.
- 3 tbsp butter.
- Melted.
Step1:
Pancake batter: in a larger maxing bowl combind the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. wisk all the drying ingredients together, make a well in the middle all the ingredients and put in the egg, butter and milk. Wisk and till the better thickness.
Step2:Hot groddle: Add a tbs of butter to a pan over medium heat and a butter cover the pan. Use a label to scoop a quater of the batter into the high pan. When it starts the groddle on take flip the pancake over and brown for about a minute. When move the pancake from the pan add more butter and repeat.
Step3:Serve: dressup the pancake by adding slice strawberries ploveres and some delicious maple soroup. Breakfast never taste's so good.
